Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

 

  • No returns ONLY exchanges, if the return is not fault of the company you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping.

 

  • Once the merchandise has been returned and received, we will invoice you for the return shipping of the new merchandise you are exchanging for.

 

  • There may be delays for the new merchandise you request, if we do not have the product in stock.

 

  •  No refunds will be provided once the items are shipped. If you are not satisfied with your item., you may exchange it with proof of purchase (receipt) 

 

 

  • Allow 7-14 days for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
